School Year Abroad is a study program for high school juniors and seniors that takes kinds from all over the US and drops them off in host families in France, Spain, Italy, and China. The pictures here are of the program’s center in Italy, where the school is located on one floor of an old noble family’s house on Via Cavour, a main road in the town of Viterbo. The frescoes date back to the 15-16th centuries, and the artist is unknown. The school itself provides Algebra-Calculus classes, Italian, Latin, Greek, Ancient History and Art History, Classical Literature, and Italian culture classes for around sixty selected students each year. |
